when meatloaf is done, let rest for 10 minutes then drain well and spread glaze on meatloaf and return to oven uncovered for 10 more minutes to thicken glaze

This meatloaf is awesome! My mum would make it and add diced green peppers into it, but me and my fiancé don't like peppers. One of our favorite dishes, I hope you enjoy!
