Ingredients

  1. Chickens wings(or any preferably one)
  2. Tomatoes
  3. Pepper
  4. Onions
  5. Curry
  6. Thyme
  7. Salt/maggi
  8. Tomato paste/puree

Cooking Instructions

    Wash chicken thoroughly

  2. 2

    Get a clean pot put chicken inside

  3. 3

    Slice onions into the chicken and add curry,thyme,Maggi and salt in moderate quantity. Then cover to boil for 30mins

  4. 4

    Wash tomatoes and pepper, place inside blender and blend until smooth

  5. 5

    Drain chicken out of the water and place aside. Keep also the chicken broth.

    Get a bigger pot,rinse and place on gas cooker pour groundnut oil into it.

    Slice onions and pour into the groundnut oil, add blended tomatoes and allow to dry for 10 mins

    While that is frying, roast Or Fry your cooked chicken and set aside.

    Add 2 little maggi and pour the chicken broth into the tomatoes and pepper and allow to boil for 10mina.

  10. 10

    Pour chicken into the pot and Cook for 20mins. Your stew is ready to eat with rice,yam,spaghetti.
