Cooking Instructions
- 1
Place steaks into a zip lock bag
- 2
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, and transfer into the bag. Give it a good shake and make sure all the meat is coated.
- 3
Leave to marinade for at least 4 hours - longer if possible.
- 4
Remove the steak from the bag, leave the juices behind (but don't discard!) Cook in a frying pan on a medium heat until cooked to your liking. Remove it from the pan and set to one side to rest for 3-5 minutes. Lower the heat in the pan, and add the rest of the marinade sauce. Heat, and serve on your steak.

I am currently on a healthy eating plan, so I like to have mine with a jacket potato, baked in the oven for an hour at 190 °C after being pricked and salted. I then mix the inside with some creme fraiche and chili flakes, and serve up with veggies or salad.
