Quick Salsa
Made this up on the fly one day when I ran out of salsa at my party. Look out Tostitos!!

Quick Salsa
I suppose it would be easier to put the tomatoes, bell pepper, etc. to a food processor and pulse for a few seconds. But since I don't have one, I have to do it the old-fashioned way--slice and dice them manually! I call this quick salsa because I just slice and dice vegetables that I found in my fridge. If you only have tomatoes and onions, that would work, too.

Quick Salsa
Wanted a quick snack with what I had in the fridge.

Quick and Easy Salsa
This salsa is super quick and very cheap to make. I didn't want to drag out my blender, so I used my smoothie maker and it worked great. Don't keep it on to long or you will have Mexican flavored tomato sauce. My kids love this stuff! So if you're trying to save some money or don't want to go to the store, you can make this with stuff sitting in your cupboard. Enjoy!

Southern Heat Salsa
I dislike jalapeños and every recipe I've found calls for them, so I made my own recipe with serranos and bell peppers, for a sweet and spicy salsa everyone can enjoy. I used orange and yellow bell peppers, but any color will do just fine.

Creole Salsa
Salsa with a Creole flavor is so yummy! I stumbled across the recipe in an old cookbook that belonged to my great granny. I enjoyed it so much that I made enough to be canned! So far…24 pints and 7 half pints of Creole Salsa sitting on the shelf. Edit: second batch: I used fresh big boy tomatoes in place of the “store bought” can of tomatoes. My neighbor asked if I cooked it before canning? Nope, it’s cooked during canning.#GlobalApron 2024

Simple Salsa
fresh lime taste at first nice jalapeno aftertaste...

Habañero Salsa Verde
adapted from Epicurious. This is a staple table salsa in my house. Awesome on tacos, eggs, quesadillas, gorditas, carne asada, etc. My Mexican hubby likes it more spicy, so I usually use 3 habs (2 seeded and 1 not, so it's not ungodly spicy), but use as many or as few as you like, seeded or not. Just a tip, open a window when you're broiling the habs -- the chile fumes will sneak up on you, lol! Servings based on use as a condiment.

Spicy Green Salsa

Habanero Pepper Salsa
I use this salsa to accompany any kind of tacos. It's very spicy but addictive.

Simple Salsa Sauce
This is my variation on a taco rice sauce my friend taught me.-It's even more delicious if you let it sit overnight rather than eating it right away.-If you don't like tomato skins, you can peel them first.-For children, soak the onions in water and don't use the chili sauce. Recipe by Oshisu

Easy Salsa
I love taco rice with salsa, so I made some at home.If you don't like green peppers, you can omit them. If you use only 1 teaspoon of Tabasco, kids can probably still eat it too.For kids, cut the vegetables very fine so that they can easily eat it. Recipe by Tamutarou

Deliciously spicy salsa
This salsa is hot but flavorful. :)

Serrano Chili Salsa

Mexican Salsa

Burning Hot Heirloom Salsa
Heirloom tomatoes have more of a tomato-y(lack of terms) taste to it. If you go with more of a yellow heirloom, it has more of a mild taste to it. So have fun with it!

Habanero Salsa

Jalapeno Salsa
Used what I had on hand for a quick breakfast salsa and my husband grabbed the chips! Simple, yet classic fresh salsa.
