Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 1/3 ozUdon noodles
  2. 1/2 cupham
  3. 2 cuppineapple chunks
  4. 1 cuppineapple juice
  5. 12Brazil nuts
  6. 1 1/2 tbspcornstarch
  7. 1 cupwater if needed
  8. 2 tbspbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Chop your ham add to pan or wok Chop your Brazil nuts

  2. 2

    Add your Brazil nuts let heat 4 minutes stirfrying add your butter

  3. 3

    Add your pineapple, udon noodles, and 3/4 cup of pineapple juice save a quarter cup for later

  4. 4

    Mix quarter cup of pineapple juice and cornstarch

  5. 5

    After the noodles are cooked done add cornstarch solution stirring constantly to thickened if to thick add a bit of water still stirring constantly
