Cornish Hens

I randomly saw these at the grocery store and they were very cheap and surprisingly almost better than roasted chicken.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 2
Wash and pat dry both hens. You can either use a double pan like the one in the picture or just a 9x13
- 3
Brush hens with olive oil all over. Save the rest if you have any left
- 4
Next, generously sprinkle hens with all the seasonings I listed above on both sides of hen, legs and wings
- 5
Place breast side up and if you have any more olive oil, just drizzle the rest on top of hens
- 6
Cook for about 50-60 (depending on size)
- 7
Let it rest for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!

*if you’re not sure on how to cut it. We would always cut the legs and wings off first then cut right by the breast bone, cut down and to the side. Just like cutting a turkey!

These Cornish Hens were on sale. We live in a world where people think that boneless chicken breasts are hatched from eggs. I thought I’d throw these on my makeshift grill and enjoy my #summer day. Straightforward and easy.#Summer #Turf Karl -
