Ingredients

  • 2potato chopped
  • 3baingan
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 100peanuts
  • 1 tbspgarlic paste
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • Salt
  • 1 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Make fine powder of peanuts.

  2. 2

    Heat oil and add jeera, and garlic and fry it.

  3. 3

    Add potato and baingan and fry it.

  4. 4

    Now add masala and turmeric. Add 1 bowl of water and peanut powder and salt. And boil it till potato gets cook.

  5. 5

    Serve it with chapti or rice.
