Mince shepherd's pie Mince shepherd's pie
This is a much simpler, straightforward version of shepherd's pie than the one featuring short ribs which I posted ages ago, and can be made in about half the time. Even so, it's still really delicious. During assembly, it may seem like there's a lot of mashed potato. My Shepherd's pie My Shepherd's pie
I'm an American Irish dude who loves the way the pubs make this dish. So I created my own kick-@ss version. Its a great winter or rainy cold weather hearty home style meal. P.s. you can use any veggies you want. I just use whatever is in my fridge or pantry. bpetry78 -

Cheesy Shepherd's Pie Cheesy Shepherd's Pie
We've always loved traditional dishes from the British Isles. I guess it's just in my family's DNA. I followed the traditional shepherd's pie recipes I saw online, but then added a few extra touches to make it my own - and I can honestly say it's one of the best meals I've ever made... and I cook A LOT! lindschap
