Delicious and healthy snack for me and my family. They take awhile to bake, but the house smells incredible while you're making them. And having a mandolin slicer makes it easier, but isn't necessary.

Our UK grocery stores don't sell cinnamon chips and the ones for sale on Amazon are like 30 bucks a bag! I managed to get some more cheaply on ebay but to be honest I wasn't really impressed with the flavour. Everybody knows I LOVE cinnamon and the more there is the happier I am! I think these have a much better cinammon flavour and they bake really well added into muffins etc

You can make this with any amount of apples or peels that you want/have. This recipe was made during one of my hardcore "zero waste" phases. We have a large family and many mouths to feed so I'm always trying to use every part of foods that I can and also it's good for the earth to waste less! Peeling apples one day and I thought to myself WHY waste these!? And my picky eater kids that made me peel the apples in the first place 🙄 because they dont want to eat the skin,... It's been a while since I've shared a recipe. This is great warmed for breakfast or as a tasty after dinner treat! Most moist bread I've ever made! My daughter ate half of the first loaf before it had time to cool lol
