Ingredients

  • 3 pieceboneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 cupcheddar (I used sharp) cheese
  • 1/2 packagesbacon
  • 1egg
  • dashmilk
  • 1 1/2italian bread crumbs
  • salt & pepper

    1. Preheat oven to 350°. Pound out chicken

  2. 2

    2. Cook and chop bacon

  3. 3

    3. Spread out cheese and bacon over chicken flattened breast. Tuck and roll chicken.

    4. Mix egg and milk

  5. 5

    5. Dunk rolled chicken into egg mixture then into bread crumbs.

  6. 6

    6. Repeat step 5. for an extra crunch.

  7. 7

    7. Bake in oven for 35-45 minutes or until done.

  8. 8

    Optional to use a bit of bacon grease under the breaded chicken so it doesn't stick to the pan.
