Oatmeal Cookies Oatmeal Cookies
When I first uploaded this recipe I forgot to add cake flour, so I re-wrote it in May, 2012. I also adjusted the amounts of other ingredients and added some small hints. These are not so sweet, so if you prefer a sweeter taste, use up to 100 g of brown sugar. In Step 4, wet the spoons with water first if you find the dough is sticking to the spoons. Recipe by Setsubunhijiki cookpad.japan -
Apricot and Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies Apricot and Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
A fun twist on classic oatmeal raisin cookies. My roommates and I made these cookies during a cold spell for fun. The apricots add a slight sweetness and moistness to an otherwise hefty cookie, and chocolate is just good on everything! This recipe makes about 3 dozen cookies. aartemisia -
