Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 lbround steak (cut in 1 inch pieces)
  2. 2 cuppotatoes (cut in big chunks)
  3. 2 cupcarrots (big pieces)
  4. 1 cupcelery (big pieces)
  5. 1 cuponions (big pieces)
  6. 1 cantomato soup (10 ounces)
  7. 2 canwater (use empty soup can)
  8. 1 tbspsugar
  9. 4 tbspflour
  10. 1salt, pepper and garlic to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 250°

    Assemble meat and vegetables in a deep 9x13 casserole dish or a cast iron dutch oven in the order given and season with salt, pepper and garlic

    Combine soup, water, sugar and flour in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.

  4. 4

    Pour soup mixture over layered meat and vegetables. Cook covered at 250° for 5 hours
