Ingredients: 1 pound mixed vegetables broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots; 1 pound ground beef; 1-1/2 pound chicken breast boneless and skinless; 1/2 cup diced ham; 8 ounces canned lima beans; 3 cubes bouillon chicken; 1 stalk celery sliced; 1 teaspoon onion powder; 1 cup matchstick carrots; 15 ounce can of creamed corn; 1-1/4 cup sweet peas; 1-1/2 tablespoons minced garlic; 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper; 1-1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/3 cup fire roasted peppers chopped; 2-1/2 cup diced Colby jack cheddar cheese

Ingredients

1 poundmixed vegetables broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
1 poundground beef
1-1/2 poundchicken breast boneless and skinless
1/2 cupdiced ham
8 ouncescanned lima beans
3 cubesbouillon chicken
1 stalkcelery sliced
1 teaspoononion powder
1 cupmatchstick carrots
15 ouncecan of creamed corn
1-1/4 cupsweet peas
1-1/2 tablespoonsminced garlic
1/2 teaspoonground white pepper
1-1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/3 cupfire roasted peppers chopped
2-1/2 cupdiced Colby jack cheddar cheese

Steps

Brown the beef with the chicken

Chop the mixed vegetables and add the rest of the ingredients except the cheese. Simmer covered for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.

Add the cheese stir the cheese in remove from heat cover and set aside.

After 10 minutes stir again and serve
