Ingredients

  1. 1cucumber, peeled, sliced thinly and cut in half
  2. 2thin slices of red onion chopped into small thin strips
  3. 1/2 cupsour cream
  4. 2 tbspapple cider vinegar
  5. 1 tbspsugar
  6. 1 1/2 tspdill
  7. 1/4 tspsalt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cut up cucumbers and onion and place in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours for flavors to meld or overnight.
