Cook mushroom green onions till it soft add the spinach cook for extra minute

Separate the eggs

Beat the eggs yolk with the cream cheese for 2 minutes then add the mushrooms mixture add black pepper.

Fluffy the egg white with little bit of the salt

Spread the 1/4 shredded jack cheese on pie crust shredded the bacon

Fold the egg white with egg yolk mixture don't over mix.

Add the eggs mixture on top jack cheese and bacon.

Cook at reheated oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
