  1. dry ingredients in one bowl
  2. 1 cupflour
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspbaking powder
  5. wet in another bowl
  6. 4eggs
  7. 1 cupmilk
  8. 1/4 cupbutter
  9. 1/2 cupcooked mushrooms
  10. 1/2 cupcooked onions
  11. 2 clovegarlic
  12. 1 1/2 cupshredded cheese
  13. 1/2 packagesspinich

  1. 1

    Cook 1/2 pkg of spinich ( drain then chop) add to egg mixture stir. Then add in flour mixture. Mix well. Pour into greased pie pan. Bake 350 for 45-50 minutes
