Bacon Jalapeno poppers

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut jalapenos in half long way and deseed and devain them (for mild) for hot leave with seeds. (I wear gloves to deseed)
- 2
Wash them and pat dry
- 3
Stuff with cream cheese. (As little or as much as you would like)
- 4
Run bacon under cold water to prevent from shrinking to much. Wrap stuffed jalapenos in bacon and secure with a tooth pick.
- 5
Place all peppers on a foil wrapped deep dish cookie sheet.
- 6
Cook at 350℉ for 20-30 minutes. The longer you cook the more tender the pepper is. As long as bacon is done peppers are okay if you like a little crunch.
- 7
Let cool for about 10 minutes. Place on a plate linned with paper towels to drain and remove tooth picks.

Easy and quick appetizer. You can add any type of flavor to the cream cheese to make it a little different. Try softening the cream cheese and blending in some avocado for the filling. Ed Greaker -

These jalapeño poppers are creamy in the middle with crispy bacon on the outside. They're easy to make and taste so much better than traditional poppers. Helen Klassen -
