Ingredients

  • 12fresh jalapenos cut in half and seeded
  • 12 ozcream cheese softened
  • 1 cupcheddar cheese shredded
  • 1of thin cut bacon, cut in half.
  • 1 tbspof fresh cilantro chopped fine

Steps

  1. 1

    In lg bowl combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese and cilantro. Mix until well incorporated.

  2. 2

    Spoon cheese mixture into jalapeno halves evenly.

  3. 3

    Wrap jalapeno with half of bacon slice.

    Place on oven proof pan or grill until bacon is cooked through.

  5. 5

    Cook at 350 until bacon is cooked through and crispy. About 30 minutes
