Soak the vegetables in water for 5minutes,with salt.

Wash and rinse again.cut it nicely.

Boil the meat with onion,salt and maggi seasoning.boil it very well at least for 40minutes.

Drop a teaspoon of palmoil,and cover to boil for 3minutes then add crayfish,maggi seasoning and salt.
- 5
After 2minutes pour in the vegetables.turn it very well and the sauce is ready.
