Cooking Instructions

    Sauté chicken lightly in some olive oil and butter, add grated garlic and ginger, chopped tomatoes and onions. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, turmeric, curry, garam masala and oriental spices.

    Add cooking cream, butter and tomato paste. Slow cook for sauce to reduce and thicken. Garnish with parsley and serve.
