Ingredients

  1. 300 gramchicken breast
  2. 1 tsppaprika
  3. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1 tspgaram masala
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  6. 2garlic cloves
  7. ginger
  8. 2 tspsalt
  9. 1 cupwater
  10. 1 cupheavy cream / milk
  11. 1 cuptomato sauce
  12. 1yellow onion

Cooking Instructions

    First marinate chicken breast in paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper for 15-20 minutes

    Brown chicken in 2 Tbsp. of butter, remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Melt another 2 Tbsp. of butter over medium heat, add onions, garlic, garam masala, grated ginger, chili powder, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Cook until fragrant.

    Add the tomato sauce and bring to a simmer. Add the water and cream, bring back to a simmer. Return the chicken and simmer covered for another 10 -15 minutes.

    Stir in the last 2 tbsp of butter and additional salt and pepper to taste.
