Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspchopped jalapeños
  2. 3/4 cupchopped onions
  3. 2tomatoes, chopped
  4. 10 ozpackage frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  5. 8 ozpackage cream cheese, softened
  6. 2 cupshredded Monterey Jack cheese
  7. 1/3 cuphalf and half
  8. 2 tsplemon pepper
  9. 2 tspground cumin
  10. 1/2 cupbutter, melted
  11. 6pita bread loaves

Cooking Instructions

    In medium bowl, mix first seven ingredients together.

    Pour into a buttered oven-proof dish.

    Bake 400°F for 20-25 minutes.

    For pita toasts (last four ingredients), in saucepan, stir lemon pepper and cumin into melted butter.

    Halve pita breads; with tip of knife, open up each half into 2 pieces. Cut each piece into a triangle shape.

    Dip into butter mixture and place on broiler pan. Broil until crisp.

    Serve warm with dip. Enjoy!
