Ingredients

1,000 servings
  • 350 mlSour cream
  • 250 mlCream cheese or ricotta
  • 1/2 cupGrated cheddar cheese
  • 1 packagesSpring vegetable soup mix
  • 150 gramsFrozen spinach
  • 2 stickSpring onion, sliced
  • 1Garlic salt and cracked black pepper to taste

  1. 1

    Cut top off loaf and Scoop the innards of loaf carefully.

  2. 2

    Rip into bite size pieces and toast under grill. (I bought an extra loaf to make it go further).

  3. 3

    Defrost spinach and mix well with other ingredients. Pour mix into loaf- serve on a large platter with toasted bite sized bread bits, celery sticks and carrot sticks. Yum!
