I had some leftover tinned peach and wanted to make something special for my kids. I thought of jelly, but we already had coffee jelly in the fridge, so... I made this instead.I think it would taste great with ice cream!

Wanted something sweet, looked in my pantry and had one box of cake mix but no eggs to make it. Thought i would try something different and had some can peaches so mixed them together and WOW!!!! I was surprised at how delicious it came out.

I bought peaches, so I made this.The mousse will reach the bottom of the mold more easily if you cut the sponge cake a little smaller than the milk carton, and will stabilize when taking it out of the mold. Recipe by Shiroi grape

A friend of my mom's gave me this recipe. My kids call it a cake cobbler. I have used apple, cherry & blueberry pie filling for this also. This will make just a small pan, like the picture, but can be doubled or tripled to make more.

This is one of my go to desserts to make for a gathering! It is so quick and easy to prepare. Delicious on its own, and even better served with vanilla ice cream!
