I had some leftover tinned peach and wanted to make something special for my kids. I thought of jelly, but we already had coffee jelly in the fridge, so... I made this instead.

I think it would taste great with ice cream!

Ingredients

1 packinstant pancake mix
Syrup from 1 can of peach (about 3/4-1 cup)
1egg
4peaches, sliced, as topping

Steps

Combine pancake mix with syrup and egg. Mix well.

Pour into a well-greased dish. Arrange slices of peaches on top.

Bake 30 minutes in 175 Celcius degrees.

I enjoy it with homemade vanilla ice cream. Very tasty!
