Ingredients

Makes 8 pancake
  1. 1.5 CupsFlour
  2. 3.5 TspBaking Powder
  3. 1 TspSalt
  4. 1 TbspSugar
  5. 1Egg
  6. 1.25 CupsMilk
  7. 2 TbspButter

Cooking Instructions

    Sift together all dry ingredients into a bowl and make a well in the middle.

    Separate the egg white and egg yolk and add the yolk into the well.

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl beat the egg white until it is at hard peaks.

  4. 4

    Add the milk and melted butter into the well then beat all the ingredients until velvety smooth.

  5. 5

    Finally fold in the egg whites.
