Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 kgleaves Zobo
  2. 1big Pineapple
  3. 8 piecesGinger
  4. 2 sachetsPineapple flavour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pick the dirts from the leaves and rinse.

  2. 2

    Pour inside the pot and pour in water to cover it very well.

  3. 3

    Peel the pineapple and put the back in the boiling zobo leaves.

  4. 4

    Blend the pineapple and keep aside.

  5. 5

    Grate the ginger and add inside the boiling zobo.boil with intense heat for 1hour.

  6. 6

    Allow it to cool,sieve the liquid out pour in the blended pineaple and add the pineapple flavour to taste.

  7. 7

    Pour in the cans to refrigerate and cut the cucumber to serve with it.
