    Rinse the zobo leaves twice and place on the heat in a big pot with water covering it.

    Grate ginger and boil it together boil for 40minutes

  3. 3

    Allow it to cool then pour in a sieve and take away the water.

  4. 4

    Mix with the pineapple flavour till is sweet.
