Cooking Instructions

preheat oven to 250

slice chicken in half horizontally

crush garlic and mix with cheese

place your filling on one half of chicken then place your other half of chicken on top

wrap your bacon round the chicken and place cocktail sticks through to hold together
- 6
now place in oven for 40 mins checking the juices are running clear before serving
