This recipe my mother has had since I can remember. It is one of mine and my wife's favorite.

A little too long in the oven, but it tastes so nice! :chef

Rich in flavour but not overwhelming at all. Takes some time but is very easy. A big hit, can't even tell its dairy free! Could easily be made vegan by subsituting a nut and dried fruit crust and cocoa instead of chocolate.

This cheesecake has fresh raspberry striped throughout it. It gives it a fresh bright flavor in a cheesecake with marscarpone as part of the cheese which makes for a more delicate very creamy chessecake

This is the result of needing a cheesecake in a limited amount of time. I wanted layers to make it special. So I made a three layer whipped no bake cheesecake. The texture is lighter than a baked cheesecake , almost like a mousse. It's very simple to prepare, it just uses a lot of bowls! It slices into beautiful layers with a delicious hazelnut cream cookie crust.
