Cooking Instructions
- 1
Combine the soy sauce, copped garlic, rice wine vinegar and red chili flake in a bowl with about 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Mix well.
- 2
Slice the stake into 1/4 inch pieces. (if you b place them in the freezer for about 30 mins before it slices alot easier) Place the stake in the soy sauce mixture.
- 3
Cut all the broccoli and onion.
- 4
Preheat a non stick skillet to high. (my wok works the best) Heat a table spoon of oil. Add the stake, leaving the extra marinade in the bowl, brown meat.
- 5
Add the veggies to the wok, when the vegetables are almost done pour the remaining marinade ove and cook for 3 more mins.
- 6
Serve hot with rice.. its awesome. You'll never order take out again.

Except for waiting for meat to marinate,( which is worth the wait) , this is a quick, easy meal. I don't add salt in my recipe because of the soy sauce. Taste the sauce before adding the broccoli and add if you feel necessary. Taylor Topp Comacho -
