Ingredients

  2. 1 handfulanchovies / Dried shrimps
  3. 2 tbspSoya sauce
  4. 4 clovegarlic
  5. 1shallot
  6. 1Red Chili

Cooking Instructions

    All you need is

    The make the sauce, put garlic, shallots, shrimp paste, red chili in the mortar and blend them.

    Set the sauce aside.

    In a big pan, in with oil and anchovies and fry them until brown.

  5. 5

    Add sauce in and stir occasionally.

  6. 6

    Separate the water spinach from stems and leaves. Add stems in first. Add soya sauce to taste.

    Once stems are almost cooked, add leaves and stir fry them.

  8. 8

    Add water if necessary and close the lid to continue cook for roughly 10 mins on low heat.

    Ready to serve.

Living in Dublin with my Irish partner who is celiac. My recipes are Gluten Free (GF). Most of my recipes are Asian food and I use soya sauce a lot in them. Regular soya sauce is not GF, but you can get GF one from supermarkets.
