Ingredients

  1. chili paste
  2. 6dried red chili
  3. 3onion
  4. 3 clovegarlic
  5. 1/4 sliceginger
  6. 3candle nut
  7. 1lemon grass (serai) only use the bottom half
  8. Sautê
  9. 1 dashblack mustard seeds
  10. 1 smallonion ( chop them up)
  11. 1/2 tsptumeric powder
  12. 2tomato
  13. 4 tbspoil
  14. 1dried red chili ( cut them up)
  15. main ingredients
  16. 1 cansardine in tomato sauce
  17. 2 smallpotatoes

    blend all the ingredients for the chili paste .. make a fine paste

    set the chili paste aside

  3. 3

    heat a shallow pan or wok on the stove top

  4. 4

    add oil

  5. 5

    once the oil is heated, Add black mustard seeds, once it's starts popping add the cut up dried chilli, sliced small onion and Sautê

    once the onions turn a golden brown color add the tomatoes and Sautê

  7. 7

    add the turmeric powder and Sautê

    add the chilli paste n Sautê Sautê Sautê! the chilli paste has to cook well .. constantly stir ...

    once the oil has separated from your mixture in the wok, Add the can of sardines and the tomato sause in it

    add potatoes ( optional

    stir and let it cook

  12. 12

    remove from heat after 7 mins

  13. 13

    serve with rice or bread

Hello, I would like to try this but can I check with you when you say, remove from heat after 7 mins, when should I count the 7 mins from?
