Ingredients

  1. 2Avocados
  2. 1 1/2Serrano pepper
  3. 1/3onion
  4. 2roma tomatoes
  5. 1 tbspcrushed sea salt
  6. 1 tbsppicanta sauce
  7. 1 tbsplime/lemon juuce
  8. 1/4 cup(optional) cilanto leaves only

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut avocado in half long ways moving around the seed

  2. 2

    Remove seed and scoop out avocado meat into a small mixing bowl

  3. 3

    Using a fork smash up the meat of the avocado I prefer using a fork so I have control over consistency

  4. 4

    Carefully skin both roma tomatoes and slice into small pieces and add to mixture

  5. 5

    Slice serrano pepper into small pieces an ad to mixture

  6. 6

    Slice onion into small pieces and add to mixture

  7. 7

    Add tablespoon of salsa to mixture. I generally use pace picante sauce medium

  8. 8

    If using the optional cilantro leaves add now to the mixture

  9. 9

    Add lime or lemon juice, I prefer lime

  10. 10

    Add salt and mix up the entire bowl

  11. 11

    Chill and then serve
