Ingredients

  1. 1 tspgarlic
  2. 1/2 largegreen bell pepper
  3. 1/2 largered bell pepper
  4. 3 lbthinly sliced beef(i use carne asada)
  5. 3 largezucchini squash (chopped)
  6. 1 smallcan of el pato sauce(yellow can)
  7. 1 smallcan of tomato sauce
  8. 1 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
  9. 1/2 largeonion
  10. 2 tbspveg oil

Cooking Instructions

    chop all veggies. heat oil in a large pot on med. put in your garlic, onion and peppers. (Save squash for last step). toss veggies in oil till soften.

    Add thinly sliced beef. salt n pepper to taste.Cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes. Remember not to cook the beef all the way, it still needs to be a little pink in the middle.

    Add one can el pato sauce and the can of tomato sauce. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat with pot covered.

    Turn heat on low and add the squash and red pepper flakes. Remember to salt and pepper for taste. cover pot back. Cook for about another 5 minutes until squash is tender.
