Ingredients

  1. Granula mix
  2. 300 gramsoatmeal
  3. 100 gramsblueberries (frozen are fine)
  4. 100 gramsraspberries
  5. 100 gramsroasted pumpkin seeds
  6. 100 gramscoconut flakes
  7. 50 gramssunflower seeds
  8. 3 tbsphoney
  9. topping
  10. 200 gramsdark chocolate
  11. 3 tbspchunky unsweetened, unsalted peanut butter
  12. 2 tbspquark (soft white creamy cheese) optional

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 175°C/347°F.

    Mix thoroughly in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Place baking paper on baking sheet.

  4. 4

    Scoop mix on to baking sheet, smooth out until 1/2 inch thick and bake for 20 minutes.

  5. 5

    Remove from oven and set aside to cool.

  6. 6

    Melt chocolate and mix together with peanut butter and quark.

  7. 7

    Smooth out the choco-peanut mix on top of the now cool granula mix. Cut into 20 nice rectangular portions.

  8. 8

    Put in fridge for a few min to set.
