    Mash an avocado with lemon juice, then spread on a whole wheat wrap.

    Top with crumbled bacon, chopped tomatoes, and thinly sliced Romaine lettuce.

    Roll up and wrap and in parchment or wax paper to secure.

    Mayo optional.
