Fajita mix

dallas5282 @cook_3230370
I wanted to learn how to make fajitas for myself, so I came up with this little plan and now I can keep a bag in the freezer ready to go at all times.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Slice or dice all peppers and onions to your liking.
- 2
Mixed together in a bowl and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- 3
Add your fajita seasoning and mix thoroughly by hand.
- 4
Finally, if you have a food saver, seal it up in a bag and put it in the freezer and it should last you several months.

Beef is so expensive. So ground beef is a little less expensive. I had some Fajita chicken so I improvised and this recipe is what I came up with. I wanted tacos and fajitas so I kinda came up with the best of both sides, the Fajita taco hybrids. The pepper and onions on the tacos were delicious. skunkmonkey101 -

You could also use whole wheat. That way the fiber helps with the fat digestion. I also used my corn salsa for a topping, you can use any toppings of your choice, but keep in mind the fat content.
