Egg Nest with Magic Sauce Egg Nest with Magic Sauce
Best things in life should be free or at least easy to cook. I am sharing with you a secret sauce recipe which will add flair to any dish you make and surprise you with the magical taste. It does have a sinful ingredient called Mayonnaise. A dash of mayo with garlic, lemon, salt and olive oil makes this dish unique and flavorful. I always have sprouts growing on my kitchen window. I sprinkled some mustard sprouts to get the additional crunch. One seemingly useless kitchen gadget that I used to create my nest from beetroot and potatoes is called a spiralizer. You can use a slice of buttered toast as the base too instead of veggies with same effect. Enjoy for breakfast snack or a lazy dinner. Anmen -
Roasted bell pepper sauce for pasta Roasted bell pepper sauce for pasta
This is a recipe that I came up with one day when I was roasting some bell peppers to preserve in oil. It has since become a family favorite, both as a side dish (like in the photo) or as a main. I use fresh homemade pasta, but it works well with store bought spaghetti or fettuccine noodles. Martin Jon Madsen -
Oyster Mushrooms with Mustard Sauce Oyster Mushrooms with Mustard Sauce
A very easy and quick recipe with ingredients you might already have in your fridge or pantry. Mushrooms, known as 'Cibus deorum' or 'food of the gods', were named so by Emperor Nero. It's certain that their aroma and unparalleled taste have captivated people since ancient times. They are an ideal accompaniment to many dishes, both with meat and in salads, as they add their aroma and refine pasta and risotto. I have the impression that mushrooms love foodies, and foodies love mushrooms! I think with this recipe, you'll become one of them. A dish full of aroma and character. You'll think you're eating meat. The mustard sauce with wine and thyme is the perfect combination. Ideal for fasting periods and beyond! Zoe TsomakaTranslated from Cookpad Greece -
California Farm Celeriac Sauce California Farm Celeriac Sauce
Celeriac bulbs are flavor enhancers. We use them fresh or fermented as an approximation of the famous swiss Maggi Sauce, it intensifies soups, gravies, and dishes. The sauce takes a few months to ferment the celeriac, lovage and beets, vegetables that you can find at farmers markets or buy dried on amazon. Our home made sauce does not have artificial MSG or MSG substitutes. The bottle in the picture is from last year, this years’ crop is still fermenting.#GoldenApron23 Hobby Horseman
