8 portion
  • 1small cempedak fruit
  • 1/4 cupflour
  • 1/8 cupwhite rice flour
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • Water
  • Vegetable oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel off Cempedak fruit. Leave the seed inside the fruit.

  2. 2

    Mix together all ingredients.

  3. 3

    Deep fry the fruit

  4. 4

    Use low-heat temperature until teh fruit and seed inside turning golden brown and cooked
