Fried Chicken Wings with Fish Sauce Fried Chicken Wings with Fish Sauce
Meat in chicken wings is sweet and soft, surrounded by enough skin, fried into golden-brown and covered with a kind of sauce that is made from fish sauce + sugar + ground black pepper + aromatic and crispy shallots and garlic. Very suitable for young people and children. One bite of this fried chicken wing with fish sauce helps you quickly "finish" not only the whole bowl of rice but also sticky rice or the whole plate of chicken wings. To prepare as a snack for beer, use less fish sauce in the mixture of sauce. (contributed by The Vy) cookpad vietnam -
