Nan's Grasshopper Pie

This pie is quick to make easy and so refreshing for the holidays!. It's light ,creamy with a chocolate oreo crust!

It's a no-bak grasshopper pie! And it's Polka Dot!!! Lovely! *note* I used a 6 inch tart pan.

This is such an easy way to make fudge of any flavour. Use different extracts and colours to make strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, rum, orange - any flavour you like. You don't even need the biscuit base. I used it because this was originally my Grasshopper Pie Fudge recipe

My daughter started baking by herself at age 10 and this is her favorite pie to make for the holidays - especially when others requested it for their family. It originated from the recipes of B. Smith and transformed into something more. I stated this will make 2 8in deep dish pies but it would probably make that plus a regular size pie. Enjoy!

I just threw this together and will make it again tweaking the recipe a bit maybe adding some nutmeg. This is a good dessert if you like something not as sweet.

This recipe is based on one my grandmother made every holiday from the time I was very small til about a year before she passed in 1997. She never revealed her recipe, except to my mother. Momma later passed it on to me. It will never match Grannys but she would've been proud

This is a favorite in my family and I always make it at Thanksgiving. If you love peanut butter, you'll probably love this pie!
