to clean /wash the pork shoulder take limes and sour oranges and squezze the juices and set the juices aside in a bowl.

in a large bowl put the pork shoulder and the sour oranges and limes w/o the juices. and add cold water and salt
- 3
leave it under salt/water and oranges, limes for an hr
- 4
in the bowl with the juices of the limes and oranges add onion, salt, garlic, oregano and mix and set aside
- 5
after an hr that the pork has been in the salt/water bowl take it out rinse it and poke wholes over it and add the seasoning you made earlier

leave it in the fridge overnight (optional).

bake 375°F covered for 4-5 hrs and uncovered for another 2 hrs
- 8
if you want to make 2 just double the seasoning.

This is a mish-mosh of a couple recipes. And I've done it with both a pressure cooker and crock pot and worked out great with either method. I love coleslaw on my pulled pork sandwich but if you want it on the side, that's fine. If you don't want it at all, that's fine too!!
