Heat 1 Tablespoon olive oil in large pan, add onions, garlic & bacon Cook 2-4 min

Add 2 cups corn & seasoning, reduce heat & cook 2 min until Cohn soft. Add chicken stock & bring to boil.

Add potatoes & cook covered 10 min until soft.

Remove from heat & blend until smooth. Stir through remaining Corn . Serve with dollop of cream & sprinkle with chives or schlotts
