In a hot pan out one tablespoon oil Nd fry sooji till it turns brown, take it out in a plate Nd let it cool.

Soak the Chana daal in Luke warm water for 15 mins.

Heat oil in pan Nd crackle mustard seeds, add chopped green chillies then add chopped onion Nd add curry leaves.

Drain water nd add the Chana daal to pan Nd add the water.
- 5
To water add salt to taste Nd pour sooji slowly slowly.keep stirring to avoid lumps.

Take away from flame Nd serve hot. Add roasted moonlight for more flavour Nd crunch.
