  4. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tspamchur powder
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspCoriander Powder
  8. 1/2 tspfennel seeds
  9. 1/4 tspasafoetida
  10. 1/4 tspmusturd seeds
  11. 1/4 tspkalongi
  12. 2 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash karondas and chilli cut,

  2. 2

    Add oil in kadhai and add jeera,rai, kalongi,fennel seeds,asafoetida

  3. 3

    Add karonda,and green chillies cook 2,3 seconds

  4. 4

    Add all spices and cook 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Karonda mirchi is ready
