  1. 250 gmspaneer, cut in cubes
  2. 2ghee or oil
  3. 4freshly pureed tomatoes
  4. 1 tbspginger green chillies paste
  5. 1 tspred chilly powder
  6. 1 tspdhaniya powder
  7. 2 tbspmalai
  8. 2 tbspwhite paste made from soaked kaju and magaz with water
  9. 12-15saffron strands soaked in 1 cup of milk
  10. 1 tbspkasoorimethi
  11. Pinchelaichi powder
  12. to tasteSalt

    Heat ghee in a pan, on low heat, add ginger green chillies paste, saute for few seconds

    Then add kasoorimethi and mix nicely

  3. 3

    Then add red chilly powder and dhaniya powder, mix well

  4. 4

    Now add tomato puree and cook on low heat

  5. 5

    Cook until the tomatoes cooks properly and all the moisture evaporates

  6. 6

    Now add white paste and cook until everything comes together

  7. 7

    Then add malai and cook further, until the malai merges well

  8. 8

    Now add the saffron flavoured milk and cook until one boil comes, stirring continuously

  9. 9

    Then add paneer cubes and salt, cook further for 5 - 7 minutes

  10. 10

    In the end add elaichi powder, it is ready to serve

  11. 11

    Serve hot with roti, paranthas or kulchas, garnish with coriander leaves
