  7. 15Pitted black olives
  8. 1/3 cupsharp cheddar shavings
  9. Dressing
  10. 1 tbspOlive oil
  11. 3 tspHoney
  12. 1 tspfresh lemon juice
  13. 1/2 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the lettuce into bite size.

    Cut the rest of vegetables in thin long slices

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients of dressing other than olive oil.

  4. 4

    Mix the dressing with beater while adding the olive oil slowly.

  5. 5

    Add the dressing to the mixed and cut veggies

  6. 6

    Add the shredded cheese and garnish with chopped parsley (optional)
