Ingredients

  1. 2 cuprice poha
  2. 1 cupchopped onions
  3. 1 tablespoonginger,chilli paste
  4. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  5. 1/2 teaspoonasafetida
  6. 3 tablespoonoil
  7. 1/2lemon juice
  8. 3 tablespoonchopped coriander
  9. 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Wash poha twice and rinse the water and put aside

  2. 2

    In a pan add oil,mustard seeds,asafetida,and ginger chilli garlic and chopped onions and cook for 2_3 min.till transparent the onions

  3. 3

    Then add salt,turmeric powder sugar and washed poha,mix well

  4. 4

    Then add lemon juice,chopped coriander and serve hot with half lemon
