  5. 5curry leaves
  6. 2 tsppeanuts
  7. 1 tspurad dal
  8. 1 tspChanda dal
  9. 1 tspsalt
  10. 1 pinchhaldi
  11. 1 tspjeera
  12. 1 tsprai
  13. 1 pinchasfeoatada

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cadai keep on flame put oil once heated add, peanuts, chana,udak dol Fri it seems gold colour

  2. 2

    Next add jeera,Rai,green,red chilli Fri it raw ness is left over add hing,haldi mix up add curry leaves puliyogara tadaka is ready separate 1 TSP tadaka for garnish

  3. 3

    Take a big mouth bowl put rice,add grated mango,add salt,and tadakamix all that flavour should bind to rice it gives good taste

  4. 4

    Ready to serve raw mango puliyogara garanish with fried tadaka on top of rice

  5. 5
